I am your private infusion chef and local caterer. Born in North Carolina and raised in both West Philadelphia and North Carolina. I created Southern MunchieZ after graduating Culinary School in 2019 from Guildford Tech Community College ready to showcase an Uptown Southern Hospitality experience, with an herbal flare, that you and your guest's will rave about for years to come! My experience in service, mixology, restaurant management, culinary arts and hospitality have helped me to become one of the best in both gourmet food/drink infusions and hospitality. Pineapples contain so many life saving vitamins and they're loaded with nutrients that help the body with many things such as; calming the muscles after a strenuous workout, help reduce the chances of different cancers, helps to boost the immune and digestive system,and it even has disease fighting antioxidants. Pineapples are loaded with SO MANY vitamins it insane and they are sexy on any plate, but when added to a diet or meal in general I prefer grilling them to bring out all of the true sweetness.
