A little 10 year old girl that loved watching her parents (one from Harlem NY, the other from Winston Salem, NC) cook feasts out of nothing is where Southern MunchieZ story began! When you are surrounded by endless love, and reminded of your different heritage through great home cooking, the Culinary possibilities are infinite. As I say, "NOBODY CAN BE MAD WHEN THERE'S GOOD FOOD TO BE HAD"! After graduating Culinary School and in the wake of the pandemic, I realized that THE TIME IS NOW. Life came to a halt and new experiences, through the power of amazing food, only became more elevated. Taking that time off from working in a restaurant, I decided to create an intimate Private Catering Company known for its Uptown Southern Swag, that adds a hint of herbal infusion to keep the nerves calm and the vibes strong. This is who I am, and my company is here to help your event "show up and show out".
